How fast will I get a reply?
Within 2 business days at the latest, and usually within one. Messages about a wrong calculation are checked first — if we can reproduce the problem, the fix typically goes live within 24 hours and we'll email you to confirm it's sorted.
What happens to the information I send?
Your message arrives as an ordinary email in our inbox. We use your name and email address only to read and answer your message — we never sell contact details, add you to a marketing list, or share your message with anyone else. The scores and grades you paste into a message are used only to check the calculation you asked about.
Do I need an account to contact you?
No. Ace Grade Calculator has no accounts at all — the calculators run entirely in your browser, and contacting us is just an email. If the form's “open in my email app” button doesn't suit you, write to contact@acegradecalculator.com from any email service instead.
Can I send a screenshot of my grades?
Yes — write to us directly at contact@acegradecalculator.com and attach the screenshot to your email like any other attachment. Please don't include anything you wouldn't want in an email, like passwords or student ID numbers; the numbers on screen are all we need.
Will you add the calculator I suggest?
If it's something students genuinely need and we can build it accurately, quite possibly — several of our tools started as reader suggestions. Tell us what it should work out and how your school weights it, and we'll reply either way, even if the answer is “not yet”.
